This Event Request Form must be completed for all events that the Durango Fire Protection District is asked to attend. Requests must be submitted no less than 14 days prior to the date of the requested event. Submission of this form does not guarantee that the department will attend the event. Your event request will be considered and a member of our staff will contact you to speak with you about your request within two business days. Thank you for inviting DFPD to your event.
